Irama Pendekar has five playable warriors. None of them is a figure from history or legend: each is an original character, built around one weapon of silat.
- Awang, the keris swordsman, is the balanced choice: a three-hit combo that ends in a lunge.
- Melur fights with twin kerambit in a reverse grip. She is the fastest, with a four-hit combo and the longest dodge, but has the least health.
- Jalak swings a kelewang. Slow and heavy, he has the most health and the hardest-hitting heavy attack.
- Kesuma, a palace guard, has the longest reach of all with her tombak, in narrow, precise thrusts.
- Tok Bayu, an old silat master with twin tekpi, fills his spirit meter fastest, and his strike of light is the most feared.
